We're big believers in a blend of working hard and being a part of each other's lives. We are all about having fun and being passionate, and we facilitate an environment here to support those values.

We want to be a culture that’s modern — we don’t want to be chained to our desks. In fact, our office space is synonymous with our culture. We work in an old mill building that has that Whisky-cave vibe, and we hand-selected that because we feel like that fits our personality.

Its a big part of who we are, and we believe that it translates to service because our employees are happy — they want to work here. It’s unconventional.

Synagex's Company Culture

Keepin' IT cool. Synagex is cool — we’re fun. That’s a big part of who we are, and that’s important because we are a service-based business.

At Synagex, our team is expected to provide top-notch service, with a smile, and we don't believe that is something you can really do unless you feel that way.

We have a ping-pong table in the office, and believe it or not, it’s something that is a big part of our culture. Service can be taxing — sometimes taking five minutes in between calls to have a quick ping-pong match with your co-workers can be just what you need to move on to the next item, to stay happy and to release some stress at work.

It might be a little cliche by West Coast standards, but here in the Berkshires it's different.
